I upload shorts (ASMR) every two days, mostly easy how to make coffee, lazy food recipes,travel/walk through tour and food videos ( everything I ate series ).
VIRAL RICE PAPER CROISSANT 🥐🥐
First time making the viral rice paper croissants. It's crispy on the outside. Of course this is not your traditional croissant but it's viral because you made it from rice paper. If you want to try it, it's easy to make.
0:09:02 To make mix all these ingredients:
2 eggs *room temperature
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
6 rice paper sheets* for 2 croissants
Soak the rice paper with the mixture. Stack three rice paper sheets. Cut it, triangle in the middle, roll and shape it like a croissant. This recipe is for 2 rice paper croissants.
Preheat the oven, bake at 180 degrees celcius for 30 minutes. It's actually good crispy and crunchy on the outside and mochi like chewy on the inside. A good combo with your coffee. This is your croissant hack. Would you like to try? Enjoy!

How do you know when to dip your fruit😅
When the sugar mixture (2 T sugar: 1 T water) turned to golden brown, remove it from the microwave. Carefully dip your fruits right away.

Dont do this in microwave! It can be really dangerous (fire or burn hasard, plate can break and hot sugar syrup can burn you) Just use pot on the stove
